Contact us by phone, email, or through our inquiry form. Share the project location, the work you have in mind, and your preferred timeline. Photos can help us better understand the space and your needs.
Consultation and Project Review
We’ll discuss your goals and determine whether an on-site visit is needed to review the existing conditions, take measurements, and clarify the work involved. This is also an opportunity to ask questions and discuss material preferences.
Receive Your Written Estimate
Based on the project review, we’ll prepare a written estimate describing the proposed work and associated costs. Review the details with us so we can address questions and clarify any included or excluded items before moving forward.
Finalize the Agreement and Schedule
Once you decide to proceed, we’ll finalize the written agreement, including the scope of work, payment terms, and anticipated schedule. We’ll also discuss access to the property, preparation needs, and material selections or ordering, where applicable.
Complete the Work
We’ll carry out the agreed-upon work with attention to workmanship and respect for your home. If unexpected conditions or requested changes affect the project, we’ll discuss the impact on scope, cost, and timing and document agreed changes before proceeding with that additional work.
Final Walkthrough and Project Closeout
At completion, we’ll review the finished work with you, discuss any remaining items, and answer questions. Final payment and project closeout will follow the terms of your agreement.

Every project has different requirements. Timing can depend on the scope, material availability, site conditions, and any required permits or inspections. Project-specific responsibilities and expectations will be addressed in your written agreement.
